Tricor Malaysia has its corporate office in Kuala Lumpur and branch offices in 6 major cities across Malaysia: Ipoh, Johor Bahru, Labuan, Melaka, Penang and Seremban and 2 representative offices in Kota Kinabalu and Kuching.
Tricor Malaysia was established in 2006 through the acquisition of the client accounting, payroll outsourcing, company secretarial and share registration businesses of Total Corporate Compliance Sdn Bhd (TCC Group) and Tenaga Koperat Sdn Bhd (TK) in Malaysia, and further expanded in 2007 through the acquisition of the PFA Group, formerly a service arm of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in Malaysia. Its predecessor companies had been operating for over 30 years in Malaysia.
In early 2009, Tricor acquired Roots Consulting Sdn Bhd. The addition of Tricor Roots Consulting Sdn Bhd (TRC) further enriched Tricor Malaysia’s service offering. From a background of being primarily a specialised consulting and training provider since 1999, TRC is now a recognised leader in the area of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) as well as Performance Management in the Asia Pacific Region. Tricor Roots Consulting is able to provide a wide range of integrated training, advisory services, and software solutions which are integral to assisting organisations to dramatically improve strategic and operational performance.
In October 2012, Tricor Malaysia introduced Tricor Hive, a vibrant business centre catering to the start-up community with services that go beyond facilities and operational needs. Tricor Hive’s solutions and resources focus on accelerating the growth and success of entrepreneurial ventures.
