MYwave was established in 2005 as a startup company with specific focus on the development and commercialization of cloud-based software and shared services solutions in the areas of Human Resource Administration and Talent Management. After 3 years of zero revenue, we launched our own web-based HR Management System, a.k.a. EmplX (short for Employee Express) in 2009.
In 2011, EmplX was awarded ISO15408 Certification after series of formal and extremely stringent audits and testing by an international auditor. This certification on the product security has significantly helped us to convince larger foreign multinational to adopt our software and solutions. By now, we have won over a total of 650 customers ranging from foreign MNC’s, local SMEs and retails.
It is our belief that Human Capital will become one of the key success factors in business as the knowledge revolution progresses. As a result, all companies, big or small, will need to establish excellent processes to manage their people as they are the greatest assets.
