Who are XO23? XO23 is a team of event designers based in Klang Valley, Malaysia. Our team are formed by event designers whom has extensive experiences and passionately in planning and running wedding event decorations, backdrop customization, floral design arrangement, wedding planning proposal and all sorts of wedding planner services.
