TheIPCo. is a boutique IP firm which provides a full range of Intellectual Property (IP) services such as filing and protection of intellectual property such as: Trademark, Patent, Industrial Design, Copyright, layout designs of integrated circuits and Geographical Indication.

Prior to the TheIPCo., the company started its venture in the service industry since 2005, where the team was servicing clientele such as local universities, research company and small-medium industries within Malaysia. Thereafter, in 2016 the company has collaborated with a team of professionals in Intellectual Property (IP) field having the same vision to develop and grow the Intellectual Property (IP) service sector in Malaysia and grow its global IP network by forming new brand, TheIPCo. to grow its global IP network. TheIPCo., team are mostly hailed from top-tier IP firm in Malaysia & Singapore. Despite, TheIPCo. being a boutique IP firm, the team of professionals are made of qualified and highly experienced individuals from a variety of technical backgrounds from a broad spectrum of the law, chemical, physic, sciences and engineering disciplines, having more than ten (10) years of experience in Trademark, Patent, Industrial Design and Copyright prosecution and litigation before patent offices which include the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and European Patent Office (EPO), as well as having experience of working & liaising with top-tier foreign affiliates companies, which produces a team that able to understand the clientele and deliver their expertise in all areas of Intellectual Property (IP) practice.
