With a focus on litigation practice, Kok Yew also leads the corporate practice of the firm employing a practical and sensible approach, bringing together his years of practice in litigation and in corporate law, and with the advantage of prior hands-on experience in the corporate sector during his years as Head of Group Corporate Affairs at Hexagon Holdings Berhad. Kok Yew appears in both lower and superior Courts in Malaysia regularly, handling a wide range of civil, commercial and corporate disputes (breach of contract, building and construction, employment, defamation, loan facility, margin facility, tenancy, breach of trust and fiduciary duties, insurance claim disputes and land).
