Very disappointed service

Recently had unfortunate experience working with consistant info. Very disappointed and unsatisfied with their services. Lack of communication and inefficient. Quality of work provided by consistant info was poor. I noticed errors in the accounting services provided. They also calculated my tax wrongly and I have to bear half of the penalty.
