Agensi Pekerjaan Find Talent Sdn. Bhd. (stylized as “FIND”) is a young, dynamic, and vibrant recruitment firm founded in 2022 and headquartered in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

With an expertise in filling foreign language speaking positions, FIND is focused on providing support for languages such as, but not limited to, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Mandarin, and of course, English. FIND also provides mass hiring and executive search recruitment services for entry-level all the way up to directorial-level roles.

FIND has 3 distinct teams providing support to its clients and business partners:

Foreign Language Division
Mass Hiring Division
Executive Search Division

Each team is highly skilled and experienced in understanding a company’s needs and wants, which ultimately lends itself to finding the right candidate, with the right cultural fit and the right skills. Be it industrial expertise or niche skill specialists, we strive to deliver the most suitable candidates to our clients.

To-date, FIND has served over 200 roles across more than 40 industries. FIND’s confidence in delivering results allows it to work on the contingency recruitment fee model, where we charge a fixed rate only if a candidate is hired, allowing companies to work within their budget and save more in the long run.
